The jutsu that follow are specific to either a Village or a group of individuals that can only be bestowed upon a character through a thread after they have proven themselves worthy in previous threads. These jutsu normally are feared for being just as powerful if not even more powerful than Kekkei Genkai. Only characters that don't belong to a clan are able to learn these jutsu. Only one of these jutsu can be learned and each jutsu costs 1000 JTP to acquire at the Learned level.
